picking the perfect karaoke song

I could genuinely write a dissertation about the art of picking a good karaoke song. It all boils down to 3 points.

1. Pick a song you know at least 70% of the lyrics to. There is nothing worse than getting up there and realizing you forgot about a rap verse.

2. Song ideally is no longer than 4 min. After that, everyone gets bored (including you)

3. You do not need to pick a song that is within your vocal range but you must COMMIT to being bad at it if it’s not.

BONUS: have a playlist ready so you don’t end up singing piano man in a panic
